Grundfos DMX dosing pumps offer a robust diaphragm based design. Their high quality motors require minimum maintenance and prove to be the best choice for many dosing applications. The DMX range is highly versatile and offers a wide flow range, a variety of dosing heads, materials and accessories.
Mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps up to 2 x 4,000 l/h
High quality motor-driven diaphragm pumps, suitable for various applications, are extremely economic and robust- for medium to high performance.
- Optionally available as duplex pump: the two dosing heads offer a cost-efficient way of dosing two different chemicals or of gaining higher flow rates for a single chemical.
- Grundfos DMX pumps can be configured with servomotors or Atex-class motors to meet specific requirements.
Precise Dosing
The diaphragm design ensures that the dosing flow variation is below ± 1.5 % and the linearity deviation is kept below 4 % at all times. This allows very precise dosing of your chemicals.
Smooth and low-pulsing dosing without pressure peaks. This means less stress to all system components, such as tubes and valves, and leads to longer service intervals for the entire system.
Grundfos DMX pumps are available in 12 different dosing head sizes all of compact design, this allows the placing of several pumps right next to each other in confined spaces. Double-head versions (DMX models 226 and 227) offer a very cost-efficient way to save space or to dose two different chemicals. The extra capacity offered by double-head versions can also be used to gain higher flow rates for a single chemical.
